Rating for The Final Edition Of ECW On Syfi
– The final edition of ECW on Syfi averaged a 1.1 rating. The last time ECW had averaged a 1.1 rating or higher was back in November 2009. So in retrospect, ECW did end on a somewhat high note.

ECW Shutting Down In Three Weeks; New Show To Debut
Vince McMahon announced tonight that ECW on Syfi would cease airing in three weeks, and would be replaced by “the next evolution” of WWE & sports entertainment programming. The final episode will be taped on February 23rd in Milwaukee, WI.

Vince McMahon To Address Future Of ECW Tonight
World Wrestling Entertainment announced today that Vince McMahon will appear on tonight’s ECW on SyFi broadcast to address the “future of ECW”.
This announcement comes on the heels of reports that WWE is expected to completely revamp the ECW brand including getting rid of the ECW name.
