– TMZ.com is now reporting that Matt Hardy was among the people involved in a early morning incident which led to the arrest of Gregory “Hurricane” Helms & Chris Jericho.
A witness reportedly told law enforcement officers that Hardy was in the taxi with Jericho, Helms & several others when Helms had allegedly struck three people, including a female. The witnesses say Hardy took off on foot, as Helms allegedly did. The cab driver pulled over at a gas station and called 911.
Helms reportedly came back to the scene where he was arrested. Law enforcement are not pursuing any action against Hardy.

Wow this is getting a lot of main stream attention, more than I thought it would. I’m not 100% sure if the above is true or not, but it is worth noting.
