– F4WOnline.com is reporting that former WWE Champion John Cena is suffering from some back problems due to bulging discs. This can possibly explain why he is not facing Sheamus this month at the Royal Rumble PPV. The original plan was for Cena to face Sheamus, but the storyline was re-written to give Randy Orton the title shot.
It is not known if he will take any time off from in-ring action to correct the issues.
