– Both Monday Night Raw & Friday Night Smackdown this week are written to heavily promote the Royal Rumble. The plan as of now (which can change at any moment) is to add a match to the PPV on Monday or Tuesday, and by the end of the week, they will announce 15 names in the 30 man Battle Royal.
What is ironic, WWE actually had 6 weeks to promote the Rumble, which will begin their “Road To Wrestlemania”, but hadn’t done so until last week when the WWE Championship match was added.
