– Jeff Hardy’s drug arrest went to grand jury yesterday in Moore County, NC. The grand jury found that there was enough evidence to indict Hardy and that case has been sent to Superior Court. Hardy’s case will will be officially set on their docket within the week.
Hardy was set for a probable case hearing on January 27th to determine whether there was enough evidence to indict him. It appears that prosecutors opted to forgo the hearing and go straight to grand jury in order to move the case along.
