– The probable cause hearing for Jeff Hardy has been pushed back again, this time until January 27th, 2010. No details are available yet on why it was pushed back, but this is the second time it has happened.
The hearing itself would determine is there was enough evidence in regards to Hardy’s drug-related arrest this past September to go to a grand jury. The grand jury would then make the determination as to whether the case should be prosecuted.
