– There was an idea that was brought up this week amongst the WWE creative team of having a Trish Stratus vs. Michelle McCool match at Wrestlemania 25 in March.
Many felt that a Beth Phoenix vs. Stratus match would be good, but it was already done with a mix tag match a few weeks earlier.
After Stratus’ performance on Raw a few weeks ago, the feeling is that she’s still good enough to pull out a decent match with McCool that would be entertaining. There is also hope that the rub from Stratus would get McCool over.
